Privacy for the Devo AI public website.
This notice explains how information submitted through this public site is handled. It applies to the site and its contact form, not to services operated by third parties.
Information you provide
When you use the contact form, you may provide your name, work email address, company, role, topic, message, privacy acknowledgement, and the page from which you submitted the request. The form also includes a hidden anti-abuse field.
How we use it
We use submitted information to understand and respond to your request, manage an appropriate follow-up, and protect the contact service from misuse. We do not ask for confidential product, customer, financial, or security information through the public form.
Where submissions go
Public contact submissions are intended for review by authenticated administrators in the private Devo AI operating environment. Access is limited to people with a legitimate role in responding to the request.
Booking
If you choose to use a configured Google Appointment Schedule, you leave this site and interact directly with Google Calendar. Google’s own privacy terms apply to that interaction.
Retention and requests
A formal retention schedule for public inquiries has not yet been published. Until one is approved, please do not send information you would not want us to hold while responding to your request. The approved policy will set the applicable retention periods and deletion procedures. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, email hello@vibesecur.com.
